Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess and diagnose patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including work- and vehicle-related injuries. Responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering advanced manual therapy and pain management interventions, and prescribing tailored exercise programs. The role involves conducting ergonomic workplace and vehicle assessments, advising on posture, movement, and lifestyle modifications, and documenting clinical findings and progress notes accurately. The Senior Physiotherapist will mentor junior team members, coordinate with other healthcare professionals when needed, educate patients on self-management strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, advanced pain management techniques, and exercise prescription.
- Experience with ergonomic assessments, including workplace and vehicle evaluations, and the ability to recommend practical environmental and lifestyle modifications.
- Proficiency in patient education, communication, and counseling to support adherence, self-management, and long-term behavior change.
- Competence in clinical documentation, basic use of digital health records, and maintaining organized, accurate patient notes.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with full, valid professional registration/licensure as required.
- Several years of post-qualification experience in physiotherapy, preferably with a focus on musculoskeletal and ergonomic practice.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, mentor junior clinicians, and manage a diverse case load independently.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and maintaining high ethical and clinical standards.
